Simple guide for preventive check-ups

1. Seek prior appointment, call our center for preventive health check at the above Phone Nos.

2. Please do not take anything except water after 10 p.m. the night prior to an appointment and do come by 8.00 am on the appointed day.

3. An earlier light dinner the previous night is recommended

4. A small stool sample should be brought in the container provided or clean glass container.

5. Breakfast/snacks will be served after collection of blood samples

6. If you are above 45 years, come in jogging shoes for the treadmill test.

7. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing, no jewellery while coming for the health checkup.

8. Men are requested to shave their chest to ensure a good ECG/Tread Mill Test. However, if not done, it will be done at the Hospital.

Important Instructions

1. Please inform the laboratory technician if you are diabetic.

2. Females are requested to inform the x-ray technician if pregnant or expecting pregnancy

3. Please do not submit urine specimen during menstruation (for women)

4. Please bring all your past & current medical records and medicines.

5. All additional tests and consultations will be billed separately.
