Relative’s
Policy
Two Relative passes are given to each patient, of which
one pass is valid for 24 hrs and the second pass is
valid from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm everyday. The passes will
be issued to you once the initial admission procedure is
completed and updated in the systems. This could take a
maximum of 1 hour.
Bed roll for person accompanying patient would be
provided by the hospital at night. We do not allow any
bedding from outside to prevent infection.
Only one pass is provided to accompanying person of ICU
patients for waiting area only. This is to ensure
infection control and avoid disturbance to the treating
personnel.
Visitor’s Policy
Visiting hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on
weekdays and additionally from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm on
Sundays and on Public Holidays.
We do not encourage child visitors for their own safety.
Smoking Policy
The hospital has “No Smoking” policy for staff,
consultants, patients, relatives and visitors. Strict
adherence to the same has to be maintained. Anyone found
smoking within hospital premises is punishable under the
laws.
General Information

Gently ask your Care Provider if they have washed their
hands. We encourage this to reduce cross-infection. -
We request visitors to speak softly to avoid disturbance
to other patients. -
Relatives and visitors are also
requested not to crowd in any of the passages which
could affect movement of the patient during an
emergency. -
Limited parking facility is available in the hospital
premises. -
Exits are clearly marked. Do not rush on hearing fire
alarm. Stay wherever you are till the instructions to
move are given by the hospital staff. -
We strongly discourage any tips by the patients and
relatives to the hospital staff.
