The word 'hospital' is often associated with feelings of
discomfort, resistance and even fear by patients, as
well as, their loved ones. However at HCG Medi-Surge, we
are dedicated to not only changing that belief but also
the experience in to a more positive and sometimes even
life-changing one. This, we ensure by providing genuine
care and concern towards our patients and their families
and comforting them in their moments of stress and
crisis.All of this is possible only because of the trust
our patients have put in us over the years.
Much of the work we do is a matter of life and death. We
carry the responsibility of not only surgeries,
medication and nursing but also of all that goes in
between these and thereafter. It is this faith and trust
that our caregivers take seriously and this is not just
within the hospital. We earn the confidence of more than

excellent and holistic care offered both on site and out
in the community.
