Telephone
All the rooms have the facility of telephone at the
bedside. We have direct lines in all rooms so that your
relatives can directly call you from outside. You can
also dial departments like admission, billing, nurse
station, cafeteria etc. from your room. A list of
important contact numbers is available in each room.
Your relatives are allowed to keep mobiles but should be
kept on a mode which does not disturb any other patient.
You are requested to take care of your handsets while in
the Hospital premises.
House Keeping
House keeping service is provided in each room for
ensuring cleanliness. In case you may require any
additional service, you may call our house keeping staff
on a Direct No. 120
Newspaper
A newspaper would be provided every morning to all
patients of private rooms. You need to indicate the
choice of language (Gujarati/ English/ Hindi) to the
primary nurse.
Maintenance
A routine maintenance is carried out of equipments in
rooms.
In case you face any problem in air-conditioner, power
points, nurse call system, plumbing or telephone, you
can directly call our maintenance department for
assistance or else you can also inform your Primary
Nurse or the Patient Care Executive.
Patient Care Executive
Our Patient Care Executive will visit your room daily to
address your problem if you may have any. The objective
is to make your stay in the hospital comfortable and
your treatment smooth.
